About the Movie:

Baaji is a tale of Pakistan’s declining movie industry. The movie revolves around Shameera who wishes to improve her relationship with Neha, who is a poor girl from the inner city of Lahore. She is a girl with big dreams and ambitions. The really takes off when a Hollywood director comes to Lahore to try to revive the movie industry. Sameera gets chosen for the move and an epic saga of desire, ambition and treachery unfolds. Baaji is a thrilling journey of scandal, intrigue, and romance. The movie pays glowing tribute to the golden age of Pakistani drama and cinema which was back in the 1960s and 70s. The film at the same time pays homage to Hollywood’s best days from the 1940’ and 1950s.
